Payments, cancellations, and refunds.

France Desk does not currently take payment through this website. Paid work is agreed manually while the service is being validated.

Before payment

Home Desk should provide the price, scope, deliverables, expected timing, cancellation position, and refund position in writing before asking for payment. Do not pay if those terms are missing or unclear.

Engagement-specific terms control

Because the Founder Review, Dossier Review, Readiness Call, and Concierge Coordination involve different preparation and scheduling, the written terms supplied for that engagement control cancellations and refunds. Third-party fees are governed by the third party’s own terms.

Waitlists and free tools

The free readiness check and dossier builder do not require payment. Joining the Starter Pack waitlist or submitting an application does not create a charge.

For a payment, cancellation, or refund question, use the contact page and include the service name and payment date. Do not include card or bank details in email.
